Cookies are small text files stored in your browser when you visit a website. They help sites remember your session and preferences between visits. Pathio uses a minimal set of cookies — only what is strictly necessary to operate the service and understand how it is used.
We use session cookies set by Supabase (prefixed sb-) to authenticate you and keep you logged in. These cookies are strictly necessary — the Service cannot function without them. You cannot opt out of essential cookies while using Pathio. They expire when you sign out or after your session ends.
We use PostHog (prefixed ph_) for product analytics. This helps us understand which features are used, where users encounter problems, and how to improve the platform. PostHog data is anonymized where possible and is never sold to third parties.
To opt out of PostHog analytics, you can: install a browser extension that blocks analytics scripts (such as uBlock Origin); or email privacy@pathio.ai to request opt-out.
Pathio does not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or any third-party cookies for targeted advertising. We do not share your browsing behaviour with ad networks.
You can clear or block cookies through your browser settings. Note that blocking essential cookies will prevent you from signing in. Most browsers allow you to view and delete individual cookies — refer to your browser's help documentation for instructions.
