By accessing or using Pathio ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Pathio is an AI-powered platform that generates curated sequences of publicly available YouTube videos ("Learning Paths") and provides an AI-powered chat tutor for each video. Pathio does not host video content — all videos are embedded from YouTube under YouTube's Terms of Service and are subject to YouTube's Content ID and copyright policies.
You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EU/EEA) to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at security@pathio.ai of any unauthorized access.
You agree not to: scrape or reverse-engineer the AI path generation system; create multiple accounts to circumvent free-tier limits; interfere with or disrupt the service; use the AI tutor to generate harmful, illegal, or deceptive content; attempt to extract AI model weights or training data.

The Pathio name, logo, and platform design are owned by Pathio, Inc. The learning paths generated by the AI are provided for your personal use. You may not reproduce or redistribute them for commercial purposes. YouTube video content remains the property of its respective creators and is subject to YouTube's Terms of Service.
Learning paths and AI tutor responses are generated by large language models (Google Gemini for free users, Anthropic Claude for Pro users). While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors. Pathio is not responsible for decisions made based on AI tutor responses. Always verify critical information from authoritative sources.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Pathio's total liability shall not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time from Account Settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days per our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in San Francisco County, CA.
